Lorvien Maison – Return and Refund Policy

At Lorvien Maison, we strive to provide high-quality products that you will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy:

Returns:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Sale items or personalized products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at lorvienmaison@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if the return is approved.

Refunds:

• Once the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the item was sent incorrectly or is defective, we will cover return shipping costs.
